Hi,

I’ve completed a build-out in the Level3 CoLo facility ‘Mondo Condo’ in NYC. After the buildout I have about 2/3 rack that I am interested in making available to other parties who may wish to be in Level3 but find the monthly commit prohibitive.

The network bandwidth is 100mbit Fast Ethernet provided on 1Gig fibre cross connect to Level 3 SONUS (non redundant). I have some spare IP’s and am currently running a bunch of Asterisk 1.4 servers behind OpenSBC which is load balancing incoming connections in a round-robin fashion. I have completed Level3 interop testing for Local inbound, SIP TollFree and Outbound services.

I am interested to speak to anyone who may be interested in co-locating equipment or purchasing DID’s. I’m not seeking to profit from this sharing, rather just wanting to meet the monthly commit a bit sooner than would otherwise be the case.

Replies off list please.

Craig Hi,
I would be interested in hearing the rates. I did look into this a year or 2 ago, but the minimum was too high for us....

Thanks
Moshe

Hi Moshe,

My apologies for the delay in reply. I am not a voip reseller, the equipment I have in NYC is in support of www.mymbox.com which is a unified messaging provider. As I stated, I’m mainly interested in sharing the space to help meet the monthly commit. The service provided would be similar to what you would get if you were to get your own rack with Level3, they deliver DID’s to your nominated IP address charging a combination of 6/6 and per megabit of bandwidth with no concurrent call limitations. I may be able to limit concurrent calls through my proxy if you wished. Origination and termination are both available with the exception of E911 for which I have no use and have not completed interop, however it is available if you were really committed.

If you wish to discuss pricing please fill out the attached NDA and email or fax back to me on +1 646 291 2182.

Craig
