Hi All,
Please may someone tell me if callweaver is able to make difference between Busy and Congested ?
Asterisk treats those causes as same that's not a good idea.

Hmm, I can not imagine that. You have the channel vars DIALSTATUS and
HANGUPCAUSE. You need to check those in your dialplan.
I assume your channel reports those causes.
