Hi List,

We have a need to terminate calls into China, initially this would be in
the order of 100000 minutes per month. We are trying to better our
current rate of $0.0154 P/Min (AUD).

Ideally you will have existing Australian customers (I am looking for
shortest route possible) however this could be challenging getting
something short of 450ms ping time
