Called a number via CW 1.2.0.1. Number rang and rang. Later in day
called from my cell. Said it was disconnected.

I cranked up CLI verbose level 5 and made the call again. Phone rang
and rang. No messages what ever in CLI. Never said it had connected.
Never said it failed. Just keeps ringing and ringing. I finally gave
up after about 2 minutes of hearing ringing.

Any clues of where to look for problem? Dial plan?

Peace,
Dan

First, it is needed to know if you made the call through PSTN or IP

Excellent point Raul! On IP.

If call are made over IP, you should take a SIP trace of the call and search
if it's a problem of your VoIP provider (there are a lot of very, very, very
poor quality VoIP providers out there).
